Food is my language. Since you want to explore new food, I tried this amazing truffle pizza @Bussola Mozzarella and Parmigano regginao are lifted by white truffle cream and black truffle carpaccio before a scattering of porcini mushrooms adds further depth to the delicious dish.

@Ossiano has been on my bucket list since I moved to Dubai. Dinner at Atlantis’ famed underwater restaurant comes with a pretty price tag, but for good reason. Chef Gregoire’s nine-course menu is unlike any other, taking inspiration from his childhood in Brittany and conveying stories on the plate through creative cooking.
