Where can I find the best bank that has installment programs

As i asked before and i mentioned ; i have no guarantors + no job income but here i will be in a job soon hopefully and that might just do. I ask of you kindly please advise me with the best recommendation. I wish the bank to buy Purchases for me and i pay the bank back in installments.

since you wave no job or income, no bank or any installment company can help you out. Since they cant guarantee you paying them back. So; I advice you to work for atleast 1 year and then ask the help of a bank
