@The Butcher Shop & Grill - they are to die for there. It was a bit expensive but worth every dirham. The mashed potatoes at this restaurant that come as a side order are heavenly as well, or you can order fries if you want. Defs need to make another trip there sometime soon. Make sure to bring at least 100 AED with you to this restaurant because most of their dishes begin at 90 and above.

Lamb chops are syrian restaurants speciality so as long as the restaurant says syrian it's lamb chops are great, there is no best because every chef cooks differently so I cant recommend any specific restaurant.
