If you want really good Spare Ribs I'd highly recommend you go try out @Foodsmith Grill right above Majnoon Qahwa in Abdoun. Tender and braised to perfection, you really can't go wrong with that. I order Mac n Cheese as a side with it and I'm in heaven!
