I just came back from @Istiklal Library Co. and they Have Papermate pens including the great range of inkjoy pens, they are sold per pen or per set. The full range is available in Sweifiyah branch. Price per pen start at JD 0.250 and reach up to JD 1.750 depending on the model.
And per set, they start at JD 1.000 and can reach up to JD 16.000 depending on the model and size of the set. Hope this is helpful
