Follow Rice is gluten free. Sometimes risotto can be cooked in gluten-containing stock (some chicken stocks) but in general, it shouldn't be. I think the best way to find out would be to ask what ingredients the dish contains. You might find what you're looking for at Romero but I'm not 100% sure.
You may also want to try calling Bifrost. They serve gluten free products and may possibly have Risotto.
