Beit El Fukhara Restaurant & Coffee Shop - Dear Pilar .. this dish in general is time consuming so most places will make it upon special request. It won't be available as an everyday dish.

Beit Sitti Restaurant - Jabal Al Weibdeh - You have to make a reservation. They'll even teach you how to cook it, its well worth the time spent planning because you'll learn how to cook it and you'll be able to eat the finished product.
