I would say @TCHE TCHE Premier - Burj Khalifa is a top choice for shisha goers, the environment at tche tche's is so chill and laid back, the food is casual and the view of Burj Khalifa is a stunning. It's a place where my friends and I usually go after a hard week of exams and assignments to just relax.

@Mezza House but sit on their terrace outside not inside. Their mezzas are superb, and the waiters are also very friendly. It's a great environment and a Friday favorite for my friends and I.

Plenty of options especially at this time of the year. Try the palace hotel in down town, next to the pool. Or beiyt al Mezza which is a nice Lebanese restaurant and cafe. Or another casual option is @Nar Restaurant is city walk-al wasl.
