Guys usually get their massage at Turkish bath, I would recommend @Alf Layla Wa Layla Turkish Bath
But if you wouldn't mind to spend an extra bucks to treat yourself, I would recommend @Kempinski Hotel Amman.
@Hot Springs & Six Senses Spa in Ma'in or @zara spa at Dead Sea is always a choice if u r thinking to take a day off

In Abdoun there is a place called @Shanghai Massage Center Dr. Yang is very good, the place has very good prices and offers couple message too.

Turkish bath would be the best option and honestly the best place in amman is @Al Pasha Turkish Bath its amazing, clean and relaxing with great service also a beautiful decor...
