there are plenty of places that sell copied DVDs, and they're wayyy cheaper than used original ones.. if you need to buy a big number, i recommend that you go downtown there are plenty of DVD shops there, you might end up buying 20 DVDs for as little as 10-15 JDs!

@ABC DVD - you can get 14 DVD for 10JDs, they're copied, but really good quality, and relatively up to date :)
