@Meem Art Gallery is one of the best. Many of their past exhibitions featured works by Middle Eastern masters like Iraqi painter and sculptor Shakir Hassan Al Said and M’hamed Issiakhem.

I would check out @Meem Art Gallery. I believe it recently opened and is a more contemporary art gallery. As well as the @The Pavilion Downtown Dubai. It's a great cafe, with decent pricing, a great place to study and meet up with friends. It also has art exhibitions and live performances. Defs a laid back but sophisticated place to be in Dubai.
