you aren't forced to smoke argileh anywhere...I mean it is definitely a very popular thing, but you do not have to give into peer pressure and smoke :D Some cool Arab cafes are @Jafra Restaurant & Cafe , @Darbuka Restaurant & Cafe or @Al Quds Restaurant. There's also @Old Sana'a Restaurant which is Yemeni food and they do not offer argileh, although it is very cheap food and tasty
