Look into @Instituto Cervantes also @King's Academy hires Spanish teachers. Also there is this center called @Jadal they offer Arabic but the people there are super cool maybe you can set something up with them to teach Spanish buena suerte!

Where can I learn Arabic on weekends or evening?

@Jadal they offer classes during the evening but only once on the weekends they are not too expensive but I dont think you can just join any time.

Where can I learn to speak good colloquial (Amiyya) Arabic?

Ok there are 3 really good options here in Amman, the first one is @Qasid Arabic Institute where I took classes so I can tell you first hand they are amazing, but downside they are quite expensive. The second option which I have had several friends try is @French Institute which is great because they offer flexible times and are very reasonably priced. The last option is if you are looking for something besides just learning Arabic, then check out @Jadal which I have also taken classes from them… they offer 3amiyeh classes that encompass cultural aspects as well like cooking and music, they are in the middle in terms of pricing from the other two.
