I think that area around @Cafe Burger seems pretty chill and nice to walk around in. Plus there's a park right there.

The area @Near the Duty Free Shops between the 4th and 5th Circle are very nice to walk your dog in.

The residential area near La Bruschetta in Abdoun also has nice and quiet roads to walk your dog. Especially on a Friday.
