Honestly for medical situations, go to the right people and not just a massage parlor. When I have problems with my neck i go to @Physiomedic they are excellent - ask for Noor she is highly recommended.

Well i will recommend to check with a doctor first, specially if the pain is always there. Massage is good if you know why and where you have pain.. Then after you can check with medical physiotherapist.
