A good option is @Tea Junction Cafe & Lounge its very affordable, or @Ceebee cafe & restaurant you can get shish for 30Dhs , if you want cheaper try @Hubbly Bubbly Coffee Shop but its not the best place!

I know that @TCHE TCHE Premier usually has affordable Shisha / Hookah that goes for around 40 Dirhams but last time I went was about a year ago, I doubt prices have changed much since then.

@Khan Murjan they have a Shisha lounge and its costs AED250 for 2 people approx. if you order food, drink and Shisha. Plus its actually one of my favorite places.. Enjoy!
