well there is @Metro Restaurant that has a really nice bar where you can go for drinks. But I am not sure if you would really call it cheap, although you can call it fancy. Or you can always go to @Cantaloupe Gastro Pub where they have happy hour from 1- 7 and now that they have their new location The Boulevard.
