Thanks! Could you give me a llittle more info on where the location is. Perhaps what's next to it?

If you walk down from the 1st circle into Shaaban Street, just walk a bit. The tailor is at your right side, passed the big store that sells wigs and before the street of Abu al Abad and Mijana restaurant. Hope this helps.

I know a good one near Sisters between Swefieh and Abdoun. I've done basic stuff there and didn't have a problem but i'm not sure about complicated things though. Map is just an approximate location, it shouldn't be too far off.
