Where can I find the office or a person who can help to get a US visa

You need to first go online to the American Embassy of Jordan website. You need to fill out 1 application attached with a passport photo, then you will be given a code that allows you to start filling out the second application which you will have to pay 113 JD once you have completed that you will be given a date for an interview at the embassy and right then and there they will determine if you are given the visa.

I know how to file the Application and I have done it before ,The Matters I need to be approved !!

So if you have done it before you understand the process and if you were denied then they told you why… and if you are hoping to find "wasata" (on tip n' tag or anywhere for that matter) then good luck. The US embassy only will deny you for a few reasons at which you can either fight it or you just deal with the fact that you can't get it. But trying to get someone to make sure you are approved is next to near impossible...
