It is actually difficult to answer this question as it will be based on a number of aspects: for example; going to @The Butcher Shop & Grill & Grill or @The Meat Co. But ordering rump steak would not give you the best steak you are asking for.
What I can say is that these two places are a very balanced options for having a very good steaks but always try the wagyu steak and either rib-eye (for fat lovers) or tenderloin (if you dont like fat) and never cook it "well done".
Then you will taste one of the best steaks in Dubai in these two restaurants. Meat Co is a fine dining so it is a but more expensive than Butcher Shop.
