Where can I see the best view of sunset?
Honestly @U Roof Lounge have one of the greatest views, and nothing beats the Dead Sea either. Just rent a chalet and you're good to go by the sea

@U Roof Lounge is located in the Regency Palace hotel, the lounge is a no brainer on a Thursday night with one of the most beautiful views of Amman.

@O Six Gastro Lounge has a great view, and also @U Roof Lounge but i think they open in late spring
Where can I can anyone recommend a place for happy hour or dinner near Royal Cultural Center in Shmeisani (besides Trader Vic's and Champions)?
@U Roof Lounge is pretty chill on week days, can be pretty nice for you to grab a bite and drink there

@U Roof Lounge is my absolute favorite! The view is amazing, its over-looking Amman from the 21st floor. They have really really good djs that play over the weekend, they also make killer mojitos!
Where can I find a nice place to have a graduation dinner with friends?
At this time of the year I would suggest something like @Cantaloupe Gastro Pub where you can have a nice dinner and the view is absolutely stunning. @U Roof Lounge is another place with a great view and a nice outdoor space overlooking Amman from the 21st floor with trendy music and an experience that includes dancing. If you are looking for something more intimate though, you can go to dinner @Romero
