Near @Istiklal Library Co. down town, and near the post office there is a hut called Al-Jaheth he sells used and new books as far as I know. (He has arabic books only I think) And near the same place on Basman Street there is a bookshop called AlAsdeqaa الأصدقاء he sells used books too.
