I am actually trying out this program called @Right Bite and they are superb. Their customers service is so friendly and all the dieticians are female and so helpful. The meals they deliver to you are tasty, yet they meet your calorie intake of the day depending on your body, age, and gender. You also get a free day, in which you can eat whatever you want so you are not totally deprived of your fav. foods. It's a bit a pricey to register esp. if you are doing the full program, but if you want a healthy start to a healthy life I would try them first before trying another phoney diet. Right Bite is almost teaching you how to eat, so it's a more long term process than a quick way too lose weight.
