there's one on the new road to the dead sea(prince hashem st). if you take a left uphill on the first traffic light from amman towards the dead sea. but be careful it ends quite abruptly. The roads are new so there not yet mapped.

i hear there's also one in wadi el-seir that connects to the marj el hamam area that's wide and empty.
I heard about that too, I wish I could get some more info on that and maybe a map!
