Options are really limited when it comes to clubbing in Amman especially with what you're asking (affordable and plays electro). I would say go to @O Six Gastro Lounge but im not sure about the not getting broke thing :) it depends

You should follow Malahi on Facebook (www.facebook.com/groups/18) they do frequent parties, great music, an awesome diverse crowd and the cost is usually controlled. Downside is it's not always a Thursday night party but if you follow them you'll get alerted whenever there's an event.
