Go to @Cafe de Paris it's a really cool bar where there are a lot of expats, they have very good food and great deals on alcohol. If drinking is not your thing you can go to @Rumi Cafe or @Cafe Kepi or a game of backgammon and a cup of tea

there are lots of cool places to hang out in Weibdeh , check out @Chaplin's its a comedy club and they have nights where people can go and play drinking games and basically get wasted. That might be a good night to meet people and make friends
