@Coya The iftar menu unfolds with an impressive selection of appetisers, including Alcachofas (baby artichoke, apple, miso, shiso and pumpkin seeds), Maki Roll de Aguacate (shiitake, ají limo, avocado, quinoa and black sesame) and Croquetas de Lubina (Chilean sea bass croquettes). Diners can indulge in a variety of mains, ranging from the Pollo a la Parrilla (corn-fed baby chicken) to the Costillas de Res (beef ribs with miso and ají limo). A Pastel de Datiles Ramadan dessert featuring date cake, honeycomb ice cream, figs, and saffron will end the evening. Available daily from sunset to 8:30pm. AED 295 per person.
