The normal ingredients of a traditional full English breakfast are bacon, poached or fried eggs, fried or grilled tomatoes, fried mushrooms, fried bread or toast with butter and sausages, usually served with a mug of tea.

Ah you forgot the orange juice upon arrival and the hash browns :)

Actually I've heard the Sheraton does have an English breakfast place...surprisingly enough.

@The Foyer Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Amman - They have a great English Breakfast. Keep in mind their bacon and sausage are not pork though - but apart from that its as English as it gets!

Actually I didnt like it. I thought it was tasteless and too oily. It was more like a Jordanian breakfast desperately trying to be English.

I mean English breakfasts are on the oily side...but tasteless I can't argue with. In all honesty I haven't had the chance to try it.

I went to eat breakfast there once on a Friday, found the place all dirty and indeed tasteless. It wasn't worth the money.

@Casper & Gambini's - I had an order of English breakfast there once it wan't the best I've ever tried but it was better than any other in Amman so far! I haven't tried hotels though I wonder how those are priced.
