Where can I find a down winter parka that won’t break my bank

@City Sports - Big selection of down winter parkas from some of the top brands around (North Face, Patagona, etc.) that won't break the bank. With the money left over, I suggest picking up a pair of gloves and hat there to go with your new parka - they'll come in handy this winter!!

@Nordstrom Rack Middlesex Commons - great sales and was there recently... lots of fashionable winter coats
