I'll tell you even UMNIAH ADSL degrades on Fridays and Saturdays. I thought I had signed up to an excellent deal but anything that says "Up To" will screw you over on peak hours.

in my area (Abdoun near Blue Fig) Zain HSPA+ 3G is great during the day but severely degrades in the evening and other peak times.
