You should try @VIVID Lounge at @The Boulevard. It has the coolest view "psst: try going there at the sunset, would see the greatest view ever" and don't forget to book your seat among the roof as it's way better than the indoors!

@Cloud International Cuisine has a nice view, its not an open space per say during winter but its glass all around with a nice view and their food is great. I recommend you try their taco cones...wow!
