Khalid Kassim tagged Locals’ House, Caffè Strada and Panorama Restaurant

Drive out to @Panorama Cafe or if you'd rather stay close go try @Caffè Strada & @Turtle Green Tea Bar they are usually not overly packed and the indoor setting has people reading books or on the internet. Not too much talking.

If I'm walking I like it calm and uncrowded. Unfortunately not much places in Jordan are dedicated for such a thing but you could try by King Abdullah Mosque (largest mosque in Jordan), nice parks around it. By al madina al tibya road. Couldn't find it; couldn't tag it.
