For the best detailing you'll have to cough up some cash but DADS Auto Detailing is amazing. They will take time with your car but if you live in the area, these guys are so trust worthy they'll even drop you car back off in your garage for you. My personal favorite.

If you wanna get a good job and walk around a mall while you wait I'd go for @Dr. Detail Car Wash in the Cambridgeside Galleria Mall. I'd suggest calling ahead cause sometimes they half ass it if they've got too many cars - 617-577-0397

Last time I went they charged me $20 and I didn't get the same quality work they used to provide...they blamed it on the heat and being understaffed. Wish he told me to come another day instead.

They've also got locations in the Copley Mall and Chestnut Hill Mall if you like to multi-task shopping and car cleaning.
