I think @Casereccio has reasonable prices and their pizza is really good, they also have a pasta trio that I often order when craving pasta. Their penne arrabbiata is delicious, so is the rose.

@Oliva is really cute place in Jabal Lweibdeh, they are not expensive and the food is excellent! You should give it a try
