How much are you looking to spend? Vanessa is right that O beach is good for the day and not as expensive as the hotels..But if you want to spend more, the best hotel pools are definitely @Movenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea or @Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea
Where can I find a place that has indoor and outdoor swimming pools?
@Royal Automobile Club has both, you need to be a member there though. If you are looking for a one-day sort of thing you can go to @Movenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea, their indoor pool is just as good as their outdoor pools

You can always go to the @Movenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea if you are up for a week vacation. But the rooms book fast..They have a great pool though
